All 12 members signed 10yr deals back in 2012. Kris, Luhan and Tao's contracts are still valid. Whilst they obviously have nothing to do with EXO anymore, a small part of any profit they make goes to SM.

They're not allowed anymore, but the ruling came in a while after they debuted, so their 10yr one still stands. Some news outlet back in 2019 made up a story about Kyungsoo leaving SM thinking because EXO were a seven year old group by then it could've been possible, but SM shut it down damn fast. Chen made his solo debut a few weeks later and said they still had three years left to go on their contract so weren't discusding renewals at that point.
