.... why are you surprised? This is LITERALLY what was said, NCT Dream is rotational aka a Dream comeback can be any combination of the 7 members. That's the point. So they can have Dream comebacks without overworking their members.

This just tells me that there is a 127 comeback coming up really soon and they don't want Mark and Haechan promoting two releases at the same time.

I swear nct going lose so many members once they hit the contract renewals due to stuff like this...

127 have have 14ish comebacks since debut [[ give or take a few depending what you count as a comeback]
dream have had 7 [including a smtown song and a repackage Japanese album]

both debuted on the same year
dream have had 1 tour only in Korea...
and age isn't excuse as nct 127 first world tour was in 2019..
when Jisung was 17 and idols go on tours wayyyy younger

sm trys to pull the fact they are the "young" unit but now Jisung is 19... do they really think they can pull that anymore
lets say they can go on tour in 2022
Dream members first world tour ages: Renjun,Jeno,Jaemin: 22 Chenle: 21 Jisung: 20...
Kinda sad [i know sm wasnt at fault for 1 year] but the other 5 lack of promotion...
There was sooo much they could of done with them purely cause they were young
go on kids shows in the west.. Disney... Nickelodeon..

as you would thought this wouldn't happen on the first ot7 comeback
i figured there would just be members missing from comebacks altogether not just promotion
like if mark and haechan had other stuff going on why not just have a 5 member comeback
so the actual mv and lines are spread fairly within the members actually promoting the song
it just like they going use dream now just to promote mark
and tbh imma be so pissed if mark and haechan have more lines than anyone..
as this announced before the comeback they knew this was going happen so they should have the less
