During my hiatus I’ve still been living vicariously through my Kpop girl group “Fairytale“ , and secretly wishing that a company will release a group with this sort of concept and stick to it, but until then, I shall bring you my fictional girl group!

The Members
Stella has platinum white, long hair. Rena has shoulder length black hair with choppy bangs, Scarlett’s hair is back to long and black. Iris has the same hair color/style as last comeback (long dirty blonde with bangs) & Elfie has long light brown hair.
Concept
Revenge. The ways you can go about getting revenge on those who wrong you. A “sweet” approach where you do the whole “kill them with kindness” thing or the other act of revenge: displaying it outwardly with no regards to the trouble you may create, being merciless. Which is where the Fairytale members are leaning towards in the title song.

Written & Produced by New Talent Entertainment. The beginning has a whimsical sound to it, the sounds in the song remain airy until the electronic sounds come in from time to time, a stark contrast. The lyrics talk about two lovers who feel they're destined to break up but decide to enjoy what’s left of their relationship before it all comes crashing down.
Track 2 - Taste

Produced by Iris & Elfie, written by Elfie with rap lyrics by Rena & Iris. A hypnotic song that creates a tense atmosphere, the members' voices blend together beautifully. The song talks about someone who has tried to play nice for so long that they feel there’s no other choice to give the person who betrayed them a taste of their own medicine. Rena and Iris play off each other during their lines to give a dramatic impact to the second verse.
Track 3 - even when the sky burns

Produced by New Talent Entertainment and written by Iris, along with rap lyrics being written by her and Rena. The song talks of someone who’s grieving a loss or a hurt of some kind in their life. The pain is so great that even if, or when the sky burns they’ll only be heartbroken about this one thing that first broke them.
Track 4 - My Fairest

Produced by Elfie and written by New Talent Entertainment, with rap lines by Rena & Iris. The lyrics talk about someone coming out of a time where they felt weak and now feel stronger, more in control and wanting to continue to learn more of the “map” of their mind.
Track 5 - Outsiders

Produced and written by Elfie, with rap lyrics by Rena and Iris. The song talks about embracing your own personal quirks, no matter what other people think of you. Whether your labeled as the “weird kid”, you simply don’t care about their opinions about you or what they think of your choice of friends.
Music Video
The MV is very starkly white besides Stella’s solo set (more details of that below). It’s elegant and pristine. The most extravagant scene is Stella’s solo set where she’s at the center of a grand ballroom on the Evil Queen’s Throne.
The music video isn’t incredibly story driven, rather it follows each member seeking out their ideal way of revenge in each of their scenes.
Solo Scenes/Sets
Stella: The ballroom that’s filled with golds and red colors. She taunts the Evil Queen with a red apple, circling her as the Queen stands there motionles.
Elfie: An empty lab that’s blinding white with glass tables. She’s creating a bright red poison.
Scarlett: Another starkly white scene. She’s surrounded by red heels from floor to ceiling, picking through each identical shoe to choose the very best. (In one Snow White retelling the Evil Queen is killed by being forced to wear red hot heels that were put in coals, so that’s what this scene is referring to for anyone unaware.)
Rena: Generally the stark white with a blue hue overlay at times. She’s in a room full of mirrors, throwing a knife at the mirrors, shattering them.
Iris: Instead of planning a way for revenge, Iris being aware of the Queen's fate is filling a glass coffin with flowers.
There’s a dance scene/set of them where the floor is black and filled with red roses, while around them are mirrors which creates a very trippy scene. The MV ends with each member giving the evil queen the poison, apple, knife, heels and a flower. The last shot is the five of them in a line smiling with content.

(A lot of my ideas were difficult to find pictures for so I had to result to AI to make a few of them).
Choreography
It starts with Iris being lifted from a lying position by the members as if she’s being raised from the dead as she says the first lines of the song. The choreo is slightly rigged and stiff in the verses, whereas in the pre chorus and chorus it’s very fluid and flowy. Another key point is when the chorus first starts the members are creating a tree shape together with their arms, they stop and stare at the camera and sway slightly like a tree in the wind before breaking away into the rest of the chorus.
It’s a slightly creepy dance.
