I love all that Iāve created for this fictional girl group of mine, but Iād have to say this mini album (and the sequel album) are my favorite concept wise. Hope you like it as much as I do

Concept
Bulgae āFire Dogsā
In Korean mythology, Bulgaes are fierce, fiery hounds that call the underworld their home. The legend states that the King of the dark realm who was tired of his dim kingdom, sent these hounds to capture the moon and sun, to bring light to his world.
He sent one bulgae to steal the sun, but it was so hot that the ferocious creature couldnāt tolerate the heat and the sun burned its mouth before the bulgae returned back home.
A second bulgae was sent to retrieve the moon, but it was so cold it froze the beast's mouth and the bulgae fled home.
However, when a bulgae is successful and steals the moon, it causes the blood moon to happen, as the fiery heat from the dog burns the moon into a fiery red color.
In a specific providence in South Korea there is a nearly extinct dog breed called āBulgaeā as they resemble the mythical creature, they are now protected in Korea and are stunning, you should definitely go look up some pictures.

As with Fairytaleās Snow White themed albums where Stella was the āmain characterā, this time itās Scarlett. The members are Bulgaeās (fire dogs from Korean Mythology) After failing and almost making it countless times, theyāve finally succeeded and are at their strongest to capture the moon and sun. They feel powerful, they feel unstoppable, they feel majestic and free. The blood moon is no longer the sign of their failure (as a blood moon sometimes will also symbolize failure for bulgaeās) but the light that rains down on them.
The Members
Scarlett has layered long hair with black flaming orange balayage. Rena has her black bob with bangs. Stella has long, wavy deep purple hair. Iris has her long dirty blonde hair with bangs. Elfie has long, curly black hair.

Written and Produced by Elfie. A piano and vocal driven song filled with harmonies and beautiful melodies. Itās almost like a dark lullaby. The song references the fire dogs of Korean mythology (Bulgaeās) and uses it as a metaphor for life. Sometimes you try to catch something as beautiful and mysterious as a moon but the beauty will bite back like ice. Other times youāll try to catch something full of light and electrifying like the blazing sun, but it burns you when you get too close. Basically itās saying the things that look great may not be for you and thatās okay, you can find other things that are perfect for you in the future.

Written and Produced by all the Fairytale members. Itās a beautiful, anthemic track with soaring vocals that give a beautiful and desperate feeling to it. The song says that the members donāt let their mistakes define them, they recognize that the red moon symbolizes their failures (since theyāre Bulgaeās) but as long as they have each other theyāll bask in the red moon's light and use it to help themselves succeed and become the top predator.

Written and Produced by New Talent Entertainment. A mystical pop track with expressive drums and beautiful harmonies. The lyrics talk about the singer being drunk on their own beauty and how others who watch/listen will soon fall for them and continuously be entranced by everything they do. Referencing parasocial relationships and how they can do no wrong in some peopleās eyes because theyāve trapped onlookers with their āregalityā.

Written and Produced by Elfie and Iris. A mystical, magical and somewhat haunting song with their signature harmonies that almost sound like howls. Filled with string instruments, giving it an almost folk feel. The lyrics talk about the girls creating the perfect man with their voices, how heās the one, but they know itās all fake as he had no choice but to be born loving them. Itās a fake love but they revel in his presence for as long as possible.
Track 5 - Bitter Bite

Written and Produced by Elfie and Iris. A haunting and powerful song with electronic elements, keeping a mystical rhythm throughout. The lyrics talk about being hunted by their past selves who try to make them not feel as powerful and majestic as they do now by reminding them of all their past failures and mistakes. But they wonāt let themselves get struck by the arrow of self destruction.

Thereās no plot in the MV. The colors throughout are generally black and white besides the members hair colors, the color red, and the fire thatās included throughout. Thereās also animations of the animals in the MV, most specifically the crows and at some points the fire dogs.
It opens with Rena looking over a beautiful valley, with a sparkling lake and snowy capped mountains in the distance, a bright full moon shining. The first verses are the members walking through the calm valley.
Once the first chorus starts it goes to a dance scene where the girls are still in the same valley, dancing the choreography in front of the full moon, the wind picking up and crows flying around them and in the valley. From there on out the MV is a sequence of varying shots, consisting of the dance, the members interacting with the fire dogs, Iris touching the moon, the moon slowly turning into a red moon and giving the valley a red hue, most notably is the members standing in a large circle, wearing long black dresses, their trains on fire and creating an outline of fire around them, another shot is Scarlett spinning a fire poi.
MV Moodboard
Choreography
The choreo includes large arm movements and intricate hand gestures that are sometimes strong and powerful but other times delicate. The ākey dance moveā is when in the chorus the members raise a hand up to the sky, their fingers curled upwards like theyāre howling. There are also some ballet stances used throughout the dance.
MV Outfits
The only two outfits are their dresses and outfits from the dance scenes. All of their dresses would include a very long train. They wouldnāt be wearing any shoes.

The theme was red and black. I tried to have the outfits have elements of gothic, steampunk or Victorian touches but also keeping to the members āstylesā. Elfie and Stella were the most difficult, usually theyāre both the easiest lol. Elfieās tutu belt just wasnāt meshing well with the things I had picked out as options for her so I had to go with the top/bottom that you see, unfortunately it doesnāt fit quite into the previous elements mentioned but it still goes well with the others. Iris and Renaās are just so pretty to me, Scarlettās is also so pretty. Irisā would have a leather crop top with it as well.
