This will be where I’ll be keeping the short stories, interviews, etc for my Kpop groups promotions of their 1st Mini Album “My Song”. If you’d like to check their debut, or this album’s details you can check out the groups thread archive here.
I meant to do a lot more stories for this mini album but found myself working on their next comeback more than the stories. It was still really fun though to put these together.
I also thought it would be fun to start sharing the milestones for this release and other little details, remember this is all fake and just for fun.
Album Sales : 240,000
This was determined by me creating a wheel with multiple different amounts from 60,000 to 600,000. I spun once and got this number. I did this for their debut as well which was 225,000 so they had a slight increase in sales.
MV Views in 24 Hours : 30 million
Again, I created a wheel for this to determine the number.
Music Show Wins :

Hopefully I explain this alright lol I determine if they win by taking the lowest score of one of the nominated artists that day on the music show and then the highest score from one of the other nominees, so let’s say the lowest is 175 and the highest is 3567, I randomize for a number in between those two. I then do that for each category, add it up and if it’s higher than all the other nominees, Fairytale “wins”, if not, they lose. I did this for the weeks they promoted for both songs and the randomizer was really on their side this time.
Anyways, let’s get to the stories!
First Win
Fairytale stood on the opposite side of the stage while girl group NewJeans stood on the other side. It was time to announce this week's winner on Inkigayo and like most other music shows, Fairytale was one of the nominees for first place. Each time they lost they cheered for their sunbaes and promised themselves their day would come. Even their company warned them that their chances were low considering their album sales weren’t significantly higher than their debut EP.
They were up against 2 of the largest girl groups currently, Aespa and NewJeans, expecting nothing, they smiled politely as the MC’s talked enthusiastically.
Anticipation in the crowd was thick as the screen began rolling out the numbers for the 3 nominees. Elfie gasped beside Rena when one of the scores was a shockingly high number. The members quickly took hold of each other's hands just as the final score was shown on screen.
“Congratulations on your first win Fairytale.” One of the MC's, Chaewon cheered.
In the fast moving blur Fairytale was lost in a mix of emotions. The confetti cannons blasted a rainbow of colors, cheers from the crowd was all they could hear. Elfie cried into Rena’s shoulder as Rena patted her back gently, fighting back her own tears. Scarlett accepted the trophy and bouquet of flowers with a bow before giving it to Iris who was chuckling good naturedly as Stella covered her face in a fit of sobs.
Scarlett cleared her throat as she lifted the mic “I really have no other words than thank you.” She began shakily, her bottom lip trembling. “Our staff have worked with us tirelessly since we began, thank you so much to all those that make us look good, our producers, our managers who are like are older siblings, thank you to our families and especially thank you to our fans-“ She broke off momentarily as she choked on a sob. “Our Storytellers. You’re so dear to us, we can only achieve things like this with you.”
Scarlett looked among her members to see if anyone else wanted to speak. By this time Elfie had composed herself and took the mic from her leader.
“Thank you so much Storyteller’s!” She cheered lightly, speaking in English. “We did it, thanks to you we’ve won first place. Thank you so much for all your love for Lullaby and this mini album, we’ve been working so hard to give you good music and will continue to do just that. Thank you, thank you.”
Who’s most likely to… Interview

The interviewer gestured an outstretched hand towards Scarlett who straightened her shoulders more, “One, Two, Three.”
“Hello, we are Fairytale” the other members joined her in unison.
Iris waved her pointer finger slightly, “And today we will be playing “Who’s most likely to…”
They were seated on stools in front of a white backdrop, each with a bright yellow pointer finger, a large amount of staff watched behind their monitors, ready for the interview to take place.
The PD gave a thumbs up, she was a young looking woman with a cheerful smile that was awfully contagious. “First question, who’s most likely to sing in the shower?”
With zero hesitation all the members pointed at Elfie who was in the center seat. Elfie smiled mischievously, “I enjoy singing.”
“Generally if it’s something that involves noise it has to do with Elfie.” Rena joked lightly.
“Who’s most likely to binge a tv series?”
All the members hesitated, swinging their pointers wildly as they were trying to determine their choices, in the end 4 chose Iris and Scarlett chose herself.
“We don’t usually watch much tv, most of us are more into gaming. But I chose Iris because lately she’s been getting into anime.” Stella said as she tapped her pointer on the maknae’s shoulder.
Scarlett pointed her pointer at Iris now, “That’s true, she watches a lot of the goblin slayer one.”
“Demon Slayer, unnie” Iris shook her head up at Scarlett who was seated at the back, looking completely stunned by her getting the name wrong.
“You really don’t know our maknae do you?” Stella teased.
Scarlett gaped at the camera “I know everything about all of you.”
“When’s my birthday?” Elfie inquired.
“Our Min Miyoung’s birthday is April 15th. A happy and healthy baby born on a sunny day.”
Elfie blinked as the rest of her members busted out laughing at Scarlett’s response, obviously not expecting that. As the PD was preparing for the next question she peaked up at Scarlett, “When did I tell you I was born on a sunny day?”
“You didn’t. I just guessed.” Scarlett murmured.
“Next question. Who’s most likely to cook the best meal?”
All pointers pointed at Scarlett who nodded proudly.
“She makes the best food, even on the first try she nails it.” Rena nodded approvingly.
“Her curry is no joke.” Iris agreed.
“Most likely to play a prank on everyone?”
With zero hesitation everyone pointed at Elfie, who pointed at Stella.
“You all always blame me for everything but Stella is just as likely to prank everyone-“
“Because she learns from you.” Rena chuckled
“You're a bad influence on her.” Iris joined in on the teasing, her dimples deepening as she dodged Elfie’s playful swing of her pointer.
“To be fair I have done a few pranks on the other members.” Stella said, patting Elfie gently on the knee. “The light switch to our bathroom in our dorm is on the outside so when any of the members-“
“Wait, you're the one that does that?!” Rena tried to meet Stella’s gaze, but she stared at the ground trying to stifle her laughter. “So that was you a few nights ago when I was in the shower?”
“That was me.” Iris said meekly, much to the shock of Rena and Scarlett while Elfie and Stella laughed and high fived their younger member.
“My trust in you is gone.” Rena said stiffly, but the others recognized she was only teasing.
“Who’s most likely to embarrass themselves?”
The members hesitated, a chorus of “oohs” filled up the silence until they unconfidently made their final decisions. Iris chose Rena while Elfie and Stella chose Scarlett, with the two oldest choosing themselves. Some of the staff chuckled behind the cameras.
“I think it’s definitely something our unnies experience more.” Stella hummed thoughtfully.
“Why do you think so?”
“I think it’s more like our other members teasing us is what causes it.” Scarlett suggested.
Rena nodded “They do it a lot in public, or making us do aegyo” she said with a grimace.
The producer perked up “Can you do aegyo Rena?”
Rena went stoned face as the others rang out in laughter. After a few moments Rena took in a deep breath before blowing a silent finger heart kiss to the camera. Her members screeched their enthusiasm while she slowly turned her stool away from the camera in embarrassment.
“Who’s most likely to forget their lines during a performance?”
All pointers shot to Iris who folded in on herself with a giggle.
“I get really excited when we perform and sometimes will forget a word or two-“
“Or add a new line altogether.” Stella chimed.
“Right, Right.” Rena nodded.
“Who’s most likely to adopt a pet in secret?”
The members were baffled as they looked at each other before settling on Iris and Stella.
“That’s a hard question.” Said Elfie
“I think both of them would be very excited and adopt a pet without considering everything, purely just out of the idea of a new friend.” Scarlett said with a knowing smile.
“Who do you think could keep a puppy a secret the longest?”
Stella straightened, “I’d tell everyone right away to be honest, Iris is more quiet and really good at not being suspicious with certain things.”
“Like turning the bathroom lights off on you.” Rena huffed.
