I think mine is pretty obvious K-pop wise lol (Heart Shaker and Christmas EveL) but my favorite western one is All I Want for Christmas Is You (but it has to be Mariah's version - not Justin Bieber)

Non-kpop, Kelly Clarkson's Underneath the Tree, Darlene Love's All Alone on Christmas, and Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Carol of the Bells. I'm not really big on the "classics" necessarily, since a lot of them have been covered to hell and back.
