Mine is my willingness to learn things. I love to learn anything if I find it remotely interesting. I think I even learned basic shibari knots at one point.

Yes it is. Because when it went pear shaped years ago, I had little to no self constraint.
Nowadays I feel it, before it hits. So I have a plan prepared.
