mental illness will always be there unfortunately and as I understand it you merely control it and manage it but it never goes away correct?
self-love on the other hand...well we are responsible for only one person in this world and that is ourselves...

you know my fav quote my friend - the first part is know thyself...and self-love and self-discovery is a very important part of that...
