FIFTY FIFTY NYC concert pics + highlights + thoughts (1 Viewer)

To put it simply, it was a blast. They showcase their talents, Athena specifically considering her age and her being a rookie, was a star on stage. Chanelle as well, you can see she really loved performing. She was very energetic, very engaging. They played every song of theirs old and new, including solo performances/covers. Solo performances had their own set and storyline, very well made and impressive. Also, mics were ON. Solo performances had real live singing, Chanelle's voice is quite insane. Athena as well, and I want to shoutout Keena's high notes. Yewon and Hana were bit more subdued, probably more shy than the rest.

Some highlights: their songs hit really good live, especially Gravity. Athena again, she was very active, talkative, all smiles, I was impressed by her the most. I got some inside scoop as well, apparently a family member of Yewon was sitting behind me, couldn't confirm if it was an aunt or whatever, but the woman spoke fluent Korean and stated in English that she was a family member. Yewon, during the beginning of the concert kept purposely looking my way which kinda confirmed everything. Although obviously this wasn't said during the concert. Still, pretty cool bit of info.

Chanelle shed some tears mentioning her return to the states and the end of the tour, Keena wrote a handwritten note to the fans in the crowd and read it entirely in English which was cute, the members read some fan comments live and the writers were in the crowd, they threw some stuff at the crowd towards the end, I manage to catch one. It was a plastic ball with one of their signatures on it (no clue who though). Pics down below.

Yes Hana and Yewon are more shy, I think for Yewon it's mainly because of the langauge though. I was quite impressed with Hana though when she actually decided to speak in english, it sounded really good!

I also thought Keenas letter was so sweet! Also as her english is not really better than Hana or Yewons, so I was quite impressed on how hard she tried to engange the crowd all the time, she is really so super talented and cool!!

Also Chanelle at the end, just wanted to hug her, I'm glad Athena did
