Tysm. I'm not sure if I'm quite done I want it to look more natural.

Try darkening it and adding darker filters and such, that will make it better

At one point I had it much darker but thought it looked more like dried blood than fresh blood so I lightened it.

Try adding the blood after darkening it, that could work
