Trial And era really and watching my mother since she didn't teach us how to cook.
But I had to start small so when she left me and my younger brother by ourselves in the house I'd have to make ourselves something, this started around about 5/6. We also had a recipe book we never used so I used to read that alot too cause I ran out of things to read.
