The amount of water that leaks out of my eyes could get me an Oscar.

My mom says cutting onion next a stovetop flame helps her. Hasn’t worked for me. But try it out?

I use a mini chopper so I don’t have my eyes exposed to the onion as much

I tried every solution and so far the only thing that works is washing the onion and have a glass of cold water next to you while cutting them

Yes. This. When I wear goggles I have no problem cutting onions.

Just search for "chemistry lab goggles" on amazon or some other online retailer. If you get one with vents, tape up the vents so no oil (from the onions) gets into the goggles.
