Do you know when they’re coming or do they come out of the blue?

I find I start sleeping more and lacking motivation before they start to get really bad, not every time but almost every time.

Also January-February and Match-April are especially bad, like a clockwork. Nothing notable happened in those months though

i think its a really long process, i start getting moody, then angry, then just straight up crying stage. so yea

As a bordie- sudden, out of the blue, from happiest person out there to suicidal in the span of seconds

It's at its worst in the winter, during the holidays

I usually feel more depressed in the winter and oddly enough I can get more anxious in the summer

sometimes it's sudden but i do tend to be more quiet than i alr am and i become more tired
