How would they react to a belly rub? My cat likes them but my old one would attack your hand. I know most cats aren’t a fan, I think my cat might have learned from my dog

when my cat wants belly rubs she approaches sensually the human sitting on the sofa and fabulously climbs on and lays belly up next to the human so she will get her belly rubbed

mine would gnaw my hand off, she really doesn't like belly rubs. she's not big on being patted in general so if i get the urge to pat i just gently stroke her head with one finger for a few seconds
