I know @mysteric already made a post about this, but I wanted to make this one with some additional context.
Naachan had a very sincere and straightforward interview a few days ago where she revealed a lot of information.
Even though they currently in a relationship with a man, there was a period of time when they considered themself a lesbian. In fact in 2017 (while a member of AKB) she dated a woman and never imagined herself falling in love with a man. They have indicated that gender has no impact on their attraction to a person
They also came out as non-binary, which falls in line with multiple comments they've made in the past about gender and how it is unnecessary. They have not mentioned any preference as far as pronouns go, however they do still refer to themself as a "girl" at times and use both feminine and gender neutral first person pronouns. A lot of the fandom seems to be going with both she and they.
