I read that Queenca means like “popular girl” and like that’s how they translated the title for the popular movie “Mean Girls” in Korean. I think this teaser where the girls are all dressed in many shades of bright, hot pinks and the bright, girly aesthetic is definitely giving me mean girl vibes. Wednesdays we wear pink and all that.

going off their last titles how they dealt with gender roles and being female in society lyric wise, I think we can expect some more themes explore that kind of thing but tackling a different facet this time.

i can’t say how this will translate sound wise. Maybe since mean girls is 2000s, this could signal idle exploring the y2k trend, but in their own way ofc. We’ll see.
