As a guy, I never do pilates, and workout out has definitely taken away alot of my flexibility. I can see why pilates is so popular with girls now

there's one video with Wony n Yujin of IVE tats let's just say I'd join pilates if it was with either Wony or Yujin or both. I might not get any poses/pilates exercise done tho 😳 I'd also like to do a workout similar/same as Karina or Kazuha did before but not together with 'em. N too cheap to pay for trainer/gym/place to workout. I hv a gym in my condo but i hvnt gone in 28 yrs n no place for pilates/workout in apt. I did read abt flexible machine tat uses power or sthg but lost my phone(mighta been on this old phone im usjng but hvnt re-found the link)

Its ok, im a guy, we dont need to be flexible. We dont need to move gracefully like girls do, we like getting stuck between doorways
