Ehh...kinda, not really. My hair just ends up squished when I do wear them, but they protect your curls from becoming too frizzzy and you rhair from becoming wayyy too tangled.

And then I have a satin pillowcase as well for extra protection in case it falls off!

yes omg even when my hair is styled or straightened in some way if i dont have at least a scarf on under the bonnet, my hair is fried when i wake up bc im a crazy sleeper apparently </3

And I get SO annoyed when my hair is straightened/styled and I accidentally near ruin it in the first 2 days 😭
