According to the latest figures, the video game business is now larger than both the movie and music industries combined, making it a major industry in entertainment. This year, the global games market is estimated to generate US$152.1 billion from 2.5 billion gamers around the world.

With the regression of normal social norms such as meetups, normal social behavior nowadays is to meet up online while playing games, not surprised that the gaming industry is huge, with kids young as 3 able to already browse youtube on their own, the new generation is a online generation, while myself i was born at 1991 when things started growing exponentially, i am not that into online things much such as facebook or online games cause i am used to playing single player games.

This is why I'm gonan be part of that industry People often underestimate how popular games are and see them as just kids stuff and yet... more people play games than watch films/series, music on the other hand... is interconnected in a way but the gaming industry in itself is more profitable cause of how transactions function.
