for me it’s a tie between Mualani and Itto.
so just normal attacks with Itto he can hit up to 14k.
When he just throws Ushi the highest it’s hit is 200k one time in abyss. But the highest in over world was 115k.
when he has all his stacks and his burst is ready, I activate his burst, throw ushi, and then each hit has dealed over 150k one time. This is with a full set of husk artifacts and r1 redhorn stonethresher with talents 10/10/10. Also he turns his defense into attack. In case you didn’t know.

with Mualani, when she has her burst activated (still getting used to all that nightsoul bs) she’s hit 800k. Why tf are natlan character so tanky
with her sharky skill the highest she’s hit is 300k. Her talents are 5/8/8. And her weapon is the widsith. For that extra crit yknow.
