I need friends who play Genshin Impact. I figured this thread could be used to talk about it and discuss the updates

If it flops that's okay too I guess

@eclipsoul @lexus is it ok if I tag you for this

[Villains]

i play it but i’m horrible

yes omg i love this idea already

I've seen a lot of ads for the game and it looks cool, but I'm not sure if joining this late would be good. I've been on other games and it seems like a lot of grinding and luck to get things, so a new player like me would be behind so much

It's definitely not too late to start. It might feel overwhelming at first, but it's really easy to burn through content quickly. A lot of longtime players don't have a whole lot to do and are just waiting for updates these days :/

Are there specific parts you're confused about?

I'm actually still learning the basics of the game like which artifacts to use, weapons, etc. Hopefully I'll figure that out soon

[Villains]

i barely know anything about the game so no

Ahhh I see! If you just started, I'm guessing you must have the starter team + Noelle, right? Make sure to focus on leveling Noelle, she carried me through half the game

Ah. If you equip artifacts your damage and defense will increase!

Yep, I actually started playing about a week ago
And yeah I only have the starter team plus Noelle and Lisa
