she does look half-dead but not particularly ugly. i don't think any genshin character is ugly, since they're GENSHIN CHARACTERS (chinese anime standards)
plus ppl like her look actually idk how

her design also looks like a 4 star.. like it’s kinda lacking..
same thing with capitano his design is lacking playable character if that makes sense.. but I feel like they’ll update his look if he becomes playable

Also capitano seems like he’d be too tall to be a playable character. we have 5 different types of character models.. and he doesn’t fit any of them. obviously not a loli or female of any height or medium male. so maybe they’d update his height to be like the tallest of the tall male models like itto and wriothesley, they’re the tallest.

no the tallest male character currently is Ororon. if you measure him on the scale in the fortress of meropide with your itto (disregarding their hair, ears, and horns) ororon is slightly taller. this is capitano's height range
