Actually i-dle aren't(I don't follow ur outside links as I said to u b4 but it's a losing battle so I only state this so it's known I hvnt read the outside link or wat i-dle said or which member said wat).

But i agree tat 100 free time for fam/friends is unrealistic(unless ur Taylor Swift or Billy Joel or hv tat level of fame/popularity/clout. Not sure if even Lisa has tat when BP toured/concert performance in Bangkok last time/previously. But maybe she personally paid for free tix n stayed low key/silent/quiet. I was stunned by how Billy Joel reserves seats in front row at his concerts n his roadies find fans in nosebleed seats/cheaper seats n brings them to sit front row. Otherwise those seats go for thousands or more n go to VIPs or comped n Billy Joel got fed up noticing ppl in those seats weren't rlly paying attention to him or enjoying the concert n he changed tat. Not sure when it started or if still happens/happened at latest concert or maybe it's just good PR/a fairy tale! Story still sounds good tho, n I like to believe it(n in Billy Joel doing such for his fans. Not sure Billie Eilish would do such(or need to do tat to hv her fans in front row appreciating the artists/oerformers/concert, maybe it's a generational divide or Billy Joel's rich(-er) audiences were just a*holes/entitled! Not if ur Beyonce or Taylor Swift, maybe. But I don't think either would give away a 100 tix every concert to friends/family, maybe to Tina Knowles or Bey's sister. Not sure who in TS circle might make her short list. I know Hugh Grant n maybe his daughter watched TS in concert n even went backstage but I'm sure someone paid for his/their tix. But even if TS/Bey got 100 free tix to their own concert/tour(s), maybe code of silence is 'You don't talk about getting free tix from" TS/Bey n certainly not a 100 ppl(or 50/25 if it's 4 or 2 per group) or 10 ppl would brag about getting free tix!!! 😊😀😃🙂 which is to say i-dle ain't tat level. Maybe IU or another acronym kpop group are at tat level, but same as b4-i doubt 100 free tix per concert(or whole tour) are being given to fam/friends, maybe being bought by IU or another acronym kpop group; or they get first pick being the artist/the promotion agency for concert goes thru kpop company to handle getting good seats for 'em. I rmbr how either Red Velvet or another GG tried to get tix for own concert n were stunned at the situation(maybe Twice?). If they tried to do so thru SM/JYP b4 sales/pre sales might hv been possible. But Minnie/Shuhua/Yuqi dint grow up as trainees/schoolkids in korea so they might hv different expectations, unless it's Soyeon or Miyeon.

I understand wanting your friends to see you perform, but I think they kinda took this "unlimited free tickets" thing a smidge too far. It's not like putting on a concert is free.

I think if it was one artist 100 "free tickets" could be doable like if Idle as an entire group got 100 tickets (ie. 20 each) but what minnie was saying was more like 100 tickets each which would then imply 500 tickets for all five of them

I was wondering the same. I think sometimes the girls are joking, but they don't end up exaggerating quite enough, so it ends up in a no man's land of "wait, are they serious?"

Sometimes I wonder if idols are a bit out of touch, as due to the strange relation they have with their agencies.. which kinda act like forever parents and pay everything for them (even though they take it back by deducting it from their income)
