she should only get criticism from the communities she offended, i.e. blacks and indians. and only people of those communities have the right to forgive her, not any other. do not approve of extreme threats and unecessary hate she gets just because of a certain beauty standard, thats what jobless rats do.

also, irene and giselle's situation is very different. irene got hated in her early years for no reason, because of her cold aura and because she read a feminist book and because she treats creepy men like shit and in all of the cases, she was right to do so. so for the most part there was no reason to hate her. even though later on, a scandal happened, i still see it as a grey area because we really don't know exactly what happened. meanwhile, giselle said the n word, made fun of the hindu dances and for only one of which, btw, she has apologised.

The hate with Giselle bugs me a lot. Yes she's a terrible dancers but in my honest opinion, Aespa overall is one of the weakest performers in kpop. The other girls can dance but don't look like they actually wanna be there most of the time. Giselle can't dance but honestly tries to be a good performer and puts effort into her dancing (even if it makes it worse)

Because she's not a visual, popular, and because of the distaste people have towards her already, people are coming down on her unnecessarily hard.

exactly! trolls will take the opportunity that everyone currently feels iffy because of the scandal and then justify their extreme hate with it. when kpop fan see that, they just hop on the trend train and create an even bigger mess but "it's okay because we all hate this idol and they are problematic".
