When I got my first tattoo my mom asked my dad what he thought and he said “tattoos are for criminals”. Some time later my grandma was talking to him about it and saying I shouldn’t have gotten an because it’s associated with crime and he told her that times change and that no one would look at my tattoos and think of it as a criminal thing. I’m proud of him
