I think I understand the top one. Someone is asking their phone why women are weird towards them. However, they can't even remember the name of their own phone assistant! If they can't remember that, this also implies that they make the same mistake in real life. They'll be spending time with a girl, only to mix up her name with that of another girl, causing them to feel frustrated and find them weird.
