How about NCTs Empathy

1) - Intro: Neo Got My Back: is it bad to say i unironically believe this could be one of my favorite songs?? for an intro it's actually iconic and sounds so good,,,,,, still getting referenced to this day! 9/10 since it's an intro and not an actual song,, neo got my back culture tech things on my mind

2) - BOSS: what can i say??? this is a really iconic NCT song and kpop song in general and i definitely think it's part of the peak kpop era including groups like ikon, got7, blackpink, wanna one, etc etc. i can literally remember the m/v for this, it really left a mark! the vocals are gorgeous, the rap is amazing and the chorus is catchy. it really checks off all the marks 10/10

3) - Baby Don't Stop: if you're gonna mention 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴CT songs, this is literally the first you have to mention. they're crazy for this,,,, the rap and vocals are great too as i mentioned before! however i do feel like the song has an empty quiet part which kind of ruins the moment for me and feels a bit awkward. overall it's NCT history so 9/10!

4) GO: this is my first time listening to this song ! i like this song, but i feel like at some parts it gets a bit loud. like the "nanana" adlibs and the chorus feel slightly loud and i think it could be better if those parts were a bit lower. i also believe that some parts of the instrumental are really random, but it doesnt necessarily bother me! +.5 points for "we're so young, we're so 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂" cause it's funny. 7.5/10

5) TOUCH: again, my first time listening to this song! right off the bat the intro is pretty loud as well but it definitely is just for a small bit. i think this song fits into this genre of kpop releases i've seen called LAIS: Loud Ass Instrumental Syndrome... but apart from the frequent cymbals in my eardrums, the vocals are heavenly and really nice to listen to. i think the guy who does most of the high notes in these songs is taeil(?, cmiiw but that lil boy is singing his ASS off and i love him for that 9/10

6) YESTODAY: same as last 2 songs! i can instantly recognize taeyong's voice, i think he and mark popped off in this song for sure! doyoung's voice really pairs nicely with both of their raps, and i cant say anything about lucas for legal reasons since he doesn't have a big part in the song. overall i really like it! 8/10

7) BLACK ON BLACK: instantly recognized this with the intro without even seeing the title.. i listened to this for the first time when i went to watch the NCT movie and this was one of the first songs they did. i dont think there is a word that describes how much i like this song to be honest! to be sincere, as much ass i love this song i think some parts are a bit awkward in a sense(?? 9.5/10 overall though i enjoy it a lot

8) Timeless: boy oh boy if there is something i do not enjoy at all are kpop ballads and/or slow songs.. they are really not my kind of music at all, but i can definitely appreciate a good song when i hear one! while this is a skip for me due to the genre, i think the vocals are great ! 5/10

9) The 7th Sense: again, an iconic nct track! i honestly really love this song, it's REALLY good. 9.5/10 for me its just lacking something and idont know what

10) WITHOUT YOU: not really my style, but it's not bad at all! it reminds me of hello by TREASURE if it had a chill cousin and just gives me disneycar ride scene. 6/10

11) Dream In A Dream: the instrumental is lovely! i dont think it's bad, but it could've been way better. it took pretty long for the vocals to start (there weren't really a lot of lines) and it's giving me Halsey + youtube 2015 outros.. however the parts where they do sing are really good. i just wish they did more with it! it's great but the lack of singing kind of ruins it for me. 4/10 :(

12) OUTRO: VISION: so powerful.. i can forgive the lack of singing in this one since it's meant to be a short outro and it's not really a song. the instrumental is amazing but something about the only line being "i see the vision" is really funny to me cause it reminds me of all the memes 😭 7/10

Overall album rating: 8.5/10!
it has some gems and it's a really iconic nct album, if not THE nct album. i think the songs range from "okay" to "amazing" and doesnt have any bad tracks. i do think that it's cohesive for the most part, but there are some underwhelming songs or moments that don't match with BOSS or neo got my back which are the 2 songs i felt were the main vibe of the album!

Dang I think you liked it even more than me Though I did like Timeless and Without You more, I can’t claim to care about ballads usually but NCT have converted me to at least liking their ballads But some I don’t care for very much, like the 7th Sense (don’t kill me nctzens) and Black on Black, though the choreo is admittedly pretty cool. As for Dream in a Dream I do agree. It was Tens first song, and it definitely focused on dance, since at that stage Tens vocals weren’t as good as they are now. The video was gorgeous, but as a standalone song, I wouldn’t listen to it more than a couple times in a row max. But his newer songs are much much better

Dang I think you liked it even more than me Though I did like Timeless and Without You more, I can’t claim to care about ballads usually but NCT have converted me to at least liking their ballads But some I don’t care for very much, like the 7th Sense (don’t kill me nctzens) and Black on Black, though the choreo is admittedly pretty cool. 1) You're Pitiful: well that's a hell of a title LMAOO i have not listened to this album yet so expect my honest first impressions! i really like this and feel like it could grown on me 100%. the vocals are great but the instrumental is lacking a bit for me, it could definitely be a bit more powerful. 9/10

2) Hello: as i said before i don't like slow or sad songs but i think their voices have the power that You're Pitiful's instrumental was missing. i think the vocals make up for it and i can definitely listne to half of this song! 5/10

Yes and no Between us two someone really likes each song on the album, but there’s a group of 4 or so where one of us loves it and and the other really doesn’t care for it. But there are a lot that both of us really like at the same time, I love most of the album. So basically for each song someone’s satisfied, and for most we both are
