Technically the biggest problems with Suno AI v3 is the white noise/the sound artifacts when there's a wall of sound. And the low audio quality in comparision to CD quality.that would be awesome
I'm rather sure you can use Suno AI professional in the future (of course not with a free account). If Suno survives...
Suno has legal problems atm because they don't want to disclose their 'AI training songs' - which is very likely copyright protected material. Theoretically you could train the AI to 'sing' exactly like - for example - Adele. And that is a problem.
Another problem is the copyright ownership. Who owns the songs and are the songs copyright protected at all? Suno says the user owns the full copyright. The US Copyright Office says an AI can't own a song and the creators of the songs doesn't even count as creators legally. As good as many songs at Suno are: All we users do is 'telling' the AI what we want and assembling the song. Is this still a creative process that could considered as musicianship?
I remember that there was a similar discussion in the past in view of the question if musicians that only use samples (or DJs) do still count as musicians aka artists.
