My mom and I both needed MRI's fairly recently (like the past year). I hate phone calls and it was bad enough having to call them for me once, where we just picked a date and were good to go. My mom spent 3 days calling when she needed it, where they brought up a new confirmation number or other scheduling thing or authorization or the authorization for the authorization (?) and so on before she got hers scheduled. I would have given up in her place, thank god mine was quick and painless I don't know how people survive calls like that.
