I’m alive and standing. It was a lot of fun. The last minute tho I had that feeling of wanting to puke and it last well after I was on the ground. I didn’t puke luckily.

I would say if you plan on it, aim to paraglide in a nature filled country.
The view up there is a amazing and the experience is very relaxing. You can tell your instructor to skip some of the crazy tricks if it's not your thing thus making it more relaxing.
I said yes to all the tricks so that puking feeling sort of settled in the last minute.
