How did y'all sleep? or if you're fixing to get ready for bed, how well do you usually sleep?

I slept okay. I was groggy when I got up at six this morning, despite my going to bed at like 9:30 last night, but now that I'm drinking my morning coffee, I feel ready to conquer the day!

I sleep around 10 so not bad since my youngest is older and can generally sleep through the night
