I just realized Le Sserafim has a 8 year age gap between the oldest Member (Sakura) and the youngest (Eunchae).

So I got curious, what are the groups with the biggest age gaps between the members?

Anything above a 10 year age gap, I don't understand why even debut them together unless there is a large string of members in between with different ages. I think it would be hard to find a concept that would work for a group of let's say 14 year old, 15 year old, 15 year old, and a 26 year old.

That's true. The next oldest was Aini, born in 1991. She left the group in 2020.

I thought the same, 10 years is already a lot

I'm just surprised companies go through with this, as this seems to be a big risk factor that could lead to conflict within the group or just like you said, make it harder to find concepts that make sense for everyone in the group

Like in my example if all of them are great then postpone the debut and train another girl of a similar age and debut them in a year or two & debut the 26 year old as a soloist.

I sadly do not know much about after school, so still can't tell if this is correct or not, but at least you both have identified the 14 year gap ^^
