How hard it is talking to people?

I'm a nice person (right guys?) But not a lot of people talk to me lol so I accept my fate and just move on, but when people do, I feel like the world is ending

Imagine you are minding you business and you get a notfi "So and so wrote a message on your profile" my heart drops and I'm like "shit what am I gonna say!?" My whole head just goes AND THEN they make it worse by saying "Hi" DONT SAY HI! MY SOCIALLY AWKWARD SELF IS GONNA JUST SAY HI BACK! Me saying Hi back makes everything worse cause now I'm "shit what do I do now, ask hru?" Then they go "good, u?" Well guess what I feel like shit! But guess what? My socially awkward self is gonna say "oh, I'm great!" (YOU DON'T NEED THE !) then you're just like now what? sorry for the rant I SUCK at talking to people, it seems the only way I can get comfortable is if they "bully" (sus) me not saying a reference cause yeah

I wonder too here because I used to be full of myself & a judgemental person (NGL) but I learned better than that......so IDK if thats why many still dont talk to me or why i find hard to speak to others....but also I was very shy at young age so I guess its something in me.....

yeah importantly we come to know the mistakes we made from the past but yes im different now :D
