yah basically there's like 400+ Teeniepings and they have powers, they help people feel emotions but sometimes they accidentally go overboard with their powers.... Some of them are evil but I haven't watched it in a while, I'm pretty sure they capture them then do his spell that keeps them inside this mini house that they sleep in, this show reminds me of My Flowering Heart a bit
The main character is a princess from somewhere??? She recruits her friends to get their own respective Teeniepings to help her catch the rest basically glitter force in a different plot

the characters are so cute it also reminds me of the kpop mascots like ive's characters or lovelyz since they're all a specific color
