I just had a meeting with my caseworker from DODD (my county's department of developmental disabilities), and we were discussing upgrading my waiver to get me more services! I've been on the same waiver since middle school, and at just shy of 38, it's about damn time I upgraded. Somebody will call me or my caregiver within the next few weeks and discuss my eligibility!
