The annoying thing is, by trending it, people are doing exactly what he said they would do which just makes it worse. He knew exactly what he was getting into when he said it and if people ignored him completely, we wouldn't boost his ego and he probably wouldn't do it again because he knows that no one cares. Unfortunately, that's never going to happen...

he's saying really stereotypical stuff about kpop fans and how we're all little kids "jerking off to feminine boys" and all the usual stuff people who make assumptions and don't look into kpop say.

and of course, there are people defending him the replies saying "its a joke" what was the joke in his entire statement? other than the fact that he generalized the fans of a genre of music and totally discredited the hard work and talent that a lot of kpop idols have? there's nothing wrong with not liking kpop, in fact, I thought the second guy stated is opinion in a good way, but doing it like that is gross. also, im kinda sick of Americans and other westerners acting like other countries in asia cant make good music. it's like it's so hard for them to believe that something that isn't from the west is actually good. and I'm saying that as an American myself.

I have actually seen clips of his interviews with other youtubers, and he does come off quite hmm outrageous in those as well so i guess that's just his style of expressing himself. I don't have any issue in him not liking kpop or saying he thinks it's stupid. It surely isn't for everyone. But i found the statement of adult men and little girls jerking off to little twink boys quite weird, possibly homophobic.. and that's just so weird thing to say. Also the thing about western culture.. isn't it just good that music is becoming more international.

The other guy had just better argument about not liking the mix of pop and hip hop that kpop often has, that's fair enough.

I mean yeah stan twitter and the fancams are annoying, but it isn’t that deep, and there was definitely no need to go off like that.

(Also as somebody who watches a lot of sport, the grown ass men on twitter are far worse during live events.)
