It was a two-hour concert, and they paused every 2-3 songs to interact with the audience. It made me understand how groups with smaller discographies can fill a concert, because unlike spotify, humans can't actually sing and dance the entire time, nonstop, back-to-back. Stupid me for not putting that together sooner!
They did end up performing all of their songs, starting with On and On and closing with Crazy, Stupid, Fun, which was a lot of fun to end on. They changed outfits three times, but never left the stage empty. When some members were changing clothes, the others were playing games with the audience or doing subunit performances. They covered Kiss of Life's Igloo, TXT's GBGB, Stray Kids' God's Menu, BTS's Blood, Sweat, and Tears, and Justin Bieber's Sorry. They also did mini dance challenges to NCT U's Baggy Jeans, TXT's Deja Vu, and Stray Kids' S-Class.
The members themselves were super lovely. Siyun is very shy, but had a cute running gag about saying "yippee!" in a high pitched voice. Kyrell told a bunch of cringe dad jokes that he was clearly proud of. Mackiah made sure to keep the energy up and helped out the other members who were less confident in their English. Kamden did really good as the leader and keeping everyone corralled. Brian was so excited to get out at one point that he put his shirt on backwards and didn't notice it until the others started teasing him. Jiho and Seungmo were really good at the stage work and moving around, making sure everyone could see them, and waving to the audience, etc. I walked away a bigger fan of them than when I walked in.
The set-up was really good, with the stage at an angle that it was easy to see the group and performances the whole time. My only complaint about it is the sheer number of people who showed up and spent time blocking everyone's view while they messed with their phones. I feel like, if you're just going to a concert to record, you could at least be respectful enough to be off to the side a bit and not constantly be shoving your phone in front of people's line of sight.
All in all, worth the money, would go see them again.
