Hybes merges are a known mess but even the one between RBW and WM resulted in Chaeyeon getting debuted as a soloist due to RBW not wanting WM to debut a girl group for a period of time as that might step on Purple Kiss' toes which makes it a harder sell on WMs part for what would have sold itself.

They've all had conflicts of interests and the company acquiring seems more focused on just protecting their own creations than making the most money out of the situation.​
