I hope it's because of her choice. However I have the feeling it isn't. Natty has been insulted for her looks so I suppose she got the surgery to fit Korean standards more. Honestly some were too mean to Natty, she was only 13-14 at the filming if Sixteen. She should've had a little more trust in puberty and waited for herself to mature.

she got nose, eyes and chin. it's her choice she looks better.

She’s had her eyelids done since before Idol School and she got her nose done some time after that. She didn’t need the nose job tbh, she looked stunning on Idol School but if she feels confident in herself then that’s all that matters, right?
