My uncle is the one to raise me since 5 so I guess he'd be my gaurdian. He's made a lot of bad choices for me

My parents thought it would be fun to send me to a Lions Club blind camp down in Lexington, Kentucky. They figured jbc I liked this other Lions Club camp I went to that I'd like this one... NOPE! The camp was run by volunteers who didn't know beans about kids with special needs, they put me with the preteens when they knew FULL WELL I was a full-blown teen (fourteen, to be exact), and I was bullied constantly for my fandom. And I didn't have a cell phone yet and Lexington is like an hour or so away from home, so it wasn't like I could just call my parents to pull me out. I was stuck!

My parents didn't allow me to take my phone for most of 9th grade bc I wasn't doing well in some classes. And there would be times where i needed to scan smth and couldn't, or I had to get my phone out for certain things and I would just be sitting there doing nothing.
