Here are 3 easy and tasty pasta recipes for you then. The first two only take about 10 minutes to make and the third one takes between 15-20 minutes.
Honestly, the EASIEST pasta recipe I can give you is literally humus spaghetti. All you do is boil the spaghetti for as long as it tells you to on the packet and then you literally just get a few spoons of humus, add some water or lemon into it to thin it out a little (really depends on how thick your humus is) and then just mix the two together. If you like a heavier taste then get smoky humus. You can also add canned tuna or salmon into it if you have any and it's literally the best thing ever. If you don't have humus, you can make an easy version yourself by simply just blending canned canned chickpeas (or you can cook dried ones but they take hours lol), some olive oil, lemon juice, salt, tahini (if you have) + water (to thin it out) together until you have a nice creamy humus. If you don't have tahini then it's not compulsory to add it in. Just mix the rest together.
Another easy pasta recipe is a mediterranean pasta salad. Just boil pasta as instructed on the packet and while that's cooking, cut up some cucumbers, (cherry) tomato, onion, olives + feta cheese. Once the pasta is cooked, just mix it altogether, add in about a spoon of olive oil (can skip if you don't want to add oil), some salt to taste and lemon juice. If you want to add in some extra flavour, you can also add in other vegetable that you like (capsicum and spinach go nicely with this recipe) and some mint too. If you like meat, you can also add in some chicken breasts into this or you can just eat it on the side without mixing it in.
An easy Turkish pasta recipe for you (takes about 20 minutes to make).
Boil the pasta of your choice as instructed on package. I personally like using the longer/straight macaroni or the bow ties in this recipe. While that's boiling (or after it's cooked if you only have limited pots/pans), add in some mince meat to the pan and break it apart with your spoon. If it's a non-fat mince meat, add in some warm water to help cook. Dice an onion into it and let them cook together (or you can fry the onions first and then add the mince meat afterwards). Add salt and pepper to taste (depends on your own preferences). Once they are cooked, add red pepper paste if you have, but if you don't have, go for tomato paste and let that cook for a few extra minutes. Mix the pasta into the meat mixture and then that's ready to eat. Because this is pretty heavy (if you go for pepper paste) you can eat this with yogurt on the side. For the full Turkish experience though, make garlic yogurt (mix crushed garlic, salt + yogurt) and eat that on the side along with some pickles. It's easy and tasty.
If you want something healthier, just substitute the pasta for whole grain pastas and either add less oil or no oil into these recipes. They all taste great with and without oil so it won't make too much of a difference. If you use a whole grain pasta though, they take longer to cook.
