theyre rlly good and its not too difficult to make (as long as you dont live in a humid country)

very light and airy, a bit of crunch on the outside and really fluffy mousse on the inside as the filling lamost
ispahan, mogador, infiniment jasmin are my favs so far

I've had them, but they're not my favorite cookie to get, because a LOT more places nail down the "looks pretty" part of the macaron, while I've had maybe two places that actually nailed the taste too. It's not that they've been bad any time I've had them, but a lot of times you just get a sweet cookie that dissolves in your mouth, and it's more a texture experience than tasting like anything.
