I’m only flexible because I did gymnastics and cheer. If I never did those I’d be so inflexible

Yes it's all fun till I'm doing it and once I lay down my bed my back says "we did a lot today it's time to hurt-"

Yes, it helps with flexibility and reduces pain. I was in a lot of pain when I did it and it was gone in 2 weeks.
