I was called sir once on the phone in a not-so-pleasant tone, so I rebuked "Excuse me, I'm a GIRL - so that's MA'AM to you!" lol luckily she got it right after that. I've also been placed in the wrong marital status - I get called Mrs. so-and-so more times than you can shake a lightstick at!
