have you ever been to a cat cafe? (1 Viewer)

A cat cafe is basically a coffee shop slash cat rescue. You order your coffee, and then you play with the adoptable cats while you sip, and maybe even bring one home!

I did twice! I came home empty handed both times, but it was still worth it bc I got to play with the kitties!

[athenaaa]

Yes, @Ahsoka and I went to one together

[Lexie]

Many times There’s one close to me where the cats are also up for adoption.

@Moguri I’ve encountered many of your friends and they all seem to like me.

[HelloGoodbyeDie]

Nope but I would like to

you should! cats (to me, at least) are a good serotonin booster. What's stopping you?

I feel like the stray cats probably remember me as a dog mom and run away

[snsd2beg]

Nope. They're not for me. Maybe I'll go to one someday, though

[Soogi]

why not? you get coffee and the opportunity to play with kitties!

[eclipsoul]

the city i live in has two of these, except the cats are permanent residents instead of being out for adoption. i love going there because the products are fairly cheap, tasty and there is a 10+ age requirement meaning no screaming kids

I don't really like being around animals
