Have you ever been to a Renaissance Faire? (1 Viewer)

I'm going to a ren faire tomorrow with a friend and I'm curious of you guys have been to a ren faire before! I'm going as a forest fairy while my friend's going as a water fairy (if I'm feeling brave, there is a chance I might post pictures 😉)

If you haven't been to one yet, would you like to go? Would you dress up? If so, what would you be?

An actual Renaissance fair, no but I used to go toa Scottish festival. It was fun.

I have. There's one here in Phoenix every spring.

Tons of fun. Make sure to get a turkey leg while you're there. Nothing makes you feel more medieval than carrying around a honch of meat that is bitter than your arm!

plus people in my town don't support things that need it

I've never been to one but I would love to go! Not sure if I would dress up but I would definitely want to walk around and try some of the food.

Ooh, I've heard about the Arizona and Utah Ren Faires! I need to go someday

Surprisingly they didn't have ANY. We saw just about everything (or maybe we got there too late)

This looks so cool! Weirdly enough, people treat Ren Faires like Medieval faires and everyone dresses up as something either from fantasy, medieval ages or for some reason...pirates?

Ahh I get that. It took me forever to find out that there were people who actually like KPOP and K-Drama here. I thought everyone here was only into pop and country and that there is no in between ;-;

It's possible! I literally started wearing Twice merch for like 2 school years (as in things I could consistently wear like my bag and my lanyard) and I would have random people be like "OMG you like Twice???"
