Have you ever changed your ult group? (I did) (1 Viewer)

I grew up listening to kpop, and I've had quite a few "favorite group" moments here and there for a few months/a year, but I've never really had an "ult" group until 2016 when NCT came along. NCT has secured their spot as my ult group for the past four years (which honestly seems like a short time typed out but was quite long for me), and I was so confident they would always be the top of the top of my fave groups... but then Stray Kids stole their spot lol

I've been a fan of Stray Kids since a little before their debut in 2018, but I never thought that they would ever become my top favorite group. Now that I look back, I see that I have kept up with all of their releases and frequently watched tons of their content without realizing, so maybe all of this was leading up to this haha,, and now I'm a huge Stay lmao & I'm so emotionally invested in them rip

I'm just not a huge fan of NCT's newest releases, and I'm not as interested as I used to be. However, NCT will always be special to me and remain my fave- nctzen forever :')

tl;dr- Changed my ult group from NCT to SKZ.

I know that there are people who have changed their ult too many times to count and some who have had the same ult from the beginning. What about you?

my first was super junior and brown eyed girls. Then I went to like, Shinee, and then 2ne1, then EXO, then probably like BTS? Idk. I've switched a lot. Currently it's Got7, previously it was both Day6 and Stray Kids. Prolly going to go to the boyz or maybe back to SuperM for a while soon

Nope, it has been EXO for me for the past 8 years. I started stanning a lot of other groups as the years went by but none of them were ever even contenders to compete with EXO in my heart.

Yep. BTS were my ults for the first few years of being a k-pop fan (2016-2019). I was already losing interest in 2018. My ults now would be Red Velvet, A.C.E and Loona.

A few times it has, Exo were my first ults for almost a year and then it was BTS and B.A.P for the majority of the rest of the time until recently where I feel like BTS and Ateez are my ults, I would also say Seventeen is very close to being a third ult of mine as well.
