My mom used to have a little chihuahua she tried to get used to being dressed up but the poor thing would just go rock still until we took it off her.

I did have a cat a while back that actually didn’t mind being dressed up, I had just put an outfit on her to see what she’d do and she acted like nothing happened and went about her business. It even got to whenever she would see the outfit she would patiently wait in front of me for me to put it on her.
