I was just curious to know others experience with it. If you don’t know what it is, here’s a definition for it
Anytime I experience sensory overload it’s usually when I’m anxious. If I’m somewhere where it’s loud and/or crowded that’s when I feel it and I hate it.
I usually describe it as feeling like I’m a robot that can’t even function properly. It’s hard to explain, but it’s a really uncomfortable feeling.
