Yeah, it's tiring when I fake enthusiasm and smiles. I don't remember the questions or answers either. One interview was 2 hours because they kept bringing people in to talk to me. I had one interview that didn't go well, but the others were fine I guess.

It's probably surprising to them when I start working at a job, because I'm not whoever they saw in the interview.

I feel everyone acts fake, polite and perfect for these interviews so I'm not sure how those people are so shocked about it, what did they expect?? they should really fix the process
